RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but if you do change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@maisonannab.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please note that returned item(s) must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and items should be packed carefully to avoid damage. Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding the original shipping cost). Please note that personalised, custom-made, or perishable items can’t be returned unless they’re faulty or damaged. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
